Presence & Co
Your parents are in Tucson.
You're not.
We are.
Someone is watching out for your parent — even when you can't be.
Presence & Co is a trusted navigation service for aging adults in Tucson. We keep the pieces connected, notice what's changing, and make sure nothing slips — so your family always has someone paying attention.
Often the right moment to start: after a parent loses a spouse, moves, or a family sees things start to slip.

First Year Program
Structured support for the first year after losing a spouse.
You don't have to figure this out alone.
He handled things. Maybe it was the bills, the bank accounts, who to call when the water heater made that noise, when the gutters needed cleaning, which insurance covered what. You didn't need to know — and now you're being asked to learn all of it at once, in the middle of grief.
The First Year is not therapy, and it's not a support group. It's practical, hands-on help with the logistics of running a household and managing a life — so you can grieve without also drowning in paperwork, phone calls, and decisions you never had to make before.
How the year works
Grief and logistics hit in waves, not a straight line. This program follows that shape.
Weeks 1–6 · Getting Stable
We map out every bill and account, redirect what needs your name, and help with SSA, pension, and life insurance notifications. Weekly calls. Nothing you carry alone.
Months 2–4 · Building Your Systems
A full home walk-through, paired with a vetted list of local providers — so you always know who to call. Plus a financial check-up: accounts consolidated, fraud protection set, one simple page showing your monthly picture.
Months 5–9 · Steady Ground
Monthly check-ins. We handle vendor calls when something comes up. A mid-year review catches anything that slipped through.
Months 10–12 · Standing on Your Own
A full annual review and a written household manual — so you're set, whether or not you continue with us.

What this isn't
We're not grief counselors, and we're not financial advisors. We're the practical partner who fills the gap between the two — and we keep a list of trusted counselors, support groups, and advisors ready for whenever you need that kind of help too.
